The FOUNDERS release uses.
· Barley grown on our farm -Ferneyfold Farm.
· A selection of 1/4 casks
· We then teamed up with Strathearn Distillery to distil the first run of whisky where we also provided the muscle for brewing and filling the casks.
· The Founders Club whisky will be known as FERNEYFOLD - the farm where we are building INCHAFFRAY
The whisky is currently maturing in ¼ (125ltrs) casks, and the first available release is February 1st 2023, but if we don’t think it is ready we may wait.
